Looking good - but your brother's kilt is waaaaay too long! It goes to his mid-shins! You should be able to see at least a little bit of knee, if not the whole thing; most kilts are measured to fall to the top of the knee or halfway down the kneecap. But hey, if he's happy that's great - it's better than wearing pants!
