These really are quite fun!
When we're giving "alternative" guesses, it's all in good fun.
I REALLY think that magnus has the correct answer though!

Ham,
You'd probably secure your retirement years if you marketed a Hamish doll with a wardrobe of kilts, boots, bomber jackets, et.al.
Something midway between the Barbie doll and G.I. Joe doll.

Mr. Garrison is a character on the series South Park that airs here in the U.S. on Comedy Central. It's a "mature" audience type of cartoon. Can be very crude and violent at times, yet funny.

Thanks for that Brian. I know the name 'South Park' and I think it is shown over here, but I have never seen it. 'The Simpsons' appear to be very popular here but, again, I've not seen the programme. 'Cheers!' and 'Friends' are more my cup of tea when it comes to American comedy shows!

Hamish,
Don't feel too sad about not seeing "South Park" even though it is written by two lads from here in Colorado, and South Park is an area southwest of Denver, and by that alone I should be watching it, I have not. I would rather just drive to South Park and hike around. What a beautiful area it is!

Hamish,
I'm glad you like it It was done as a compliment to you. I knew you'd be easily recognizable.
