Lucky Find, Sox to go with UK Blue Denim Kilt
Found a pair of boot sox in the back of my sock drawer. They were some sort of special supportive hiking sox an old girlfriend gave me.
Good news is the way they're knit give them a denim color and look. Worked great with my UK blue denim. Just wore them with blue and white sneakers and rumpled them down.
Bad news is there's no indication of what company made them so I've no clue where to get more.
Point is though that there's a sock out there that is a very good match for denim.
Was out at Paria Outpost (Hippie BBQ joint) up on the other side of the Utah line in the denim kilt and got chatted up by an attractive 21 year old (21 and one month she specified) off to college at U of Illinois this fall. Where we were hanging out and chatting she had the choice of coming over to either me, or a guy my age in full cowboy/rodeo gear. She chose the kilt.
Musta been the fashion coordination with the sox eh?
