Help with navigation
Ok, I love this site, but it is very hard to navigate. All other fourms I go to, when I click on a topic, will take me the the newest post since the last time I visited. Here I can go to the first post, the last post or the first post on each subisequent page. I don't really have the time to figure out which post I left off at (or even what page I was on for longer topics), espicially when there are dozens of topics that I am trying to folow and may not get a chance to check more than once or twice a day. Can anything be done about this?

Good idea Adam. I've figured out how to navigate X Marks kinda, a little, maybe some.
On a War2 board that's very cool. When I go there can click on an icon and get all messages, on all subjects, that have been posted since my last visit. Does speed things a lot.

This forum always has the newest post or last post replied to at the top of the list and they are always marked as "new since the last time you were here" with a green arrow. I am not sure I understand the problem.

Can only speak for the air corps War2 site...how it works is the same as here..only it has many many more forums...
When I log on to the main site, like our forum index here, there's a link that says Posts Since Last Visit.
I can click that and get a sequential list of every post on every forum made since my last site visit. The longer I'm away, the longer the list, some times five or six pages.
But, its very easy to scan for what I'm interested in and what I'm not.
Best feature is not having to check each site individually for new activity.
Hope that helps explain.
Web addy is http://www.armyairforces.com/forum/

We have that feature here already. I use it everyday. It's in the top right corner of the forum, right above the topics. There were some issuses with this when Hank added to the site, but the solution was to save the forum in your favourites, not the home page.
