I'm not too into most of them myself. I could see some venues in which I'd consider a couple of them, but it's not may sort of day-to-day style.
But I'm all for those incremental steps forward in the evolution of the kilt and its related accessories.

I agree. If this gets more people into wearing kilts, I'd consider it a good thing. Hey, to each their own! What I might like someone might not. I actually think some of those sporrans are pretty interesting, just not anything that would suit me.

I could go with a couple of those styles... I can't picture myself with a traditional sporran anyways!

I WILL be wearing modern kilts (it's in the works courtesy Freedom Kilts). Maybe someday in the future I'll acquire a true traditional one as well... I am in love with my familys tartan after all.

ah, I see. I'd be a wee bit worried if someone wore one of those with a traditional!
