Haveing meandered the royal mile many times I can confirm there are some VERY shoddy kilts for sale mostly by dodgy looking guys with even dodgier accents, there are some excelent kiltmakers as well, however does mc kilts fall into the first catagory? some might say that, I couldnt possibly comment.

A few other things I found strange on the site:
"The kilt is no longer a once in a lifetime purchase for many people; one can now replace kilts as regularly as a pair of trousers and at the same price!"
Really? That sounds like a quality garment. A kilt that would wear out as quickly as a pair of jeans?
and:
"BEWARE OF INFERIOR IMITATIONS!"
OK, there are folks out there imitating you? or are you saying the other imitators are inferior? Semantic arguemnt, yet, I know.
I saw quite a few of the low end kilts on the Mile, and afeter visiting a HR and Geoffry, I quickly realized where the money was going. I wouldn't go anywhere near this company... I'd be better able to put my own sewing skills to work, and I haven't taken a sewing class since grade 6.
