Proactive!
If anyone didn't know, I work at a radio station. What's more I produce a local talk show.
I'm thinking that I might suggest a 'Kilt Show', or, 'Men in Kilts/MUG's'.
I think the host might go for it, and it could be a fun show. What I might need though is a guest.
Any ideas? Recommendations?

Maybe get Bear in on it too and Steve Ashton from Freedom Kilts. That would be a heck of a lineup, Rocky and Kelly, Bear and Steve.

What about a telephone interview with that world renowned raconteur, radio, TV, and newspaper personality Hamish Bicknell?
I can't think of anyone better suited to talk about the positive personal and social aspects of kilting.
Matt Newsome or Todd J. Wilkinson, aka CajunScot, would be excellent guests to discuss the historical aspects of kilts, and clan ties.
Sorry about the typo Hamish. I'm not known as "King of the Typoist" without reason.

IF you're actually going to do a one-shot show, do it with those that are educated, experienced and personable.
Kilt History: Matt ~ the education and knowledge alone would be worth the show! Personable and honest too.
Experienced: Hamish ~ know anyone else with the respect and know-how? Here's a guy that everyone loves on this site too.
Uniform History: Todd ~ Hey... if you want some factual history, who's better to provide it? That's right... a historian.
Modern Solids: UtiliKilts Rep ~ So let's make this thing legitimate by talking to the ones that revolutionaized the kilt industry. Steven would be nice.
Modern Tartans: Terry / Bear ~ Who's been making the Poly/Viscose kilts longer than anyone else around here? Who has the talent to DESIGN and produce his own original kilts? Who's entertaining enough to make this whole thing a ball?
Just for fun: Hank (himself): ~ Here's a guy that has such a passion for kilts that he's built a community to "live it". Might be nice for some exposure for XMarks too (wink, wink).

I think I shall have to pick carefully. I'd be looking at a 26 minute show.
I think in order for it to be a viable show it would have to be less about kilts in general and more about a recent move of guys towards wearing kilts and MUG's today.

Doc! You are too generous! (Actually, it's Bicknell!!!)
Coincidentally, I have been recently asked to give a talk on my 'Kilt Kollection' to a nearby afternoon women's group (guaranteed minimum audience: 95-120 ladies) in October. I am still thinking about that one!
