Hi! I'm ...... (wait a minute - why are we giving our names? Oh, well! Does it matter?) .....Hamish Bicknell, bachelor of this parish, and I have no willpower at all when it comes to kilts and their accessories.
And, you know, I am proud to admit it

Hamish,
The difference with us is that we have no willpower and lots of kilts and accessories out there to buy, but not in our closet. You on the other hand have no will power and can start up a kilt shop with just whats in your closet.

My problem right now is whether to buy a tweed daywear jacket of color different than black, a few waistcoats in some different colors, another MacLeod of Harris "tank", or a Confederate Memorial kilt. They would all be roughly the same price. I only have one kilt, and that is a MacLeod of Harris "tank". I already have a black argyll, a black Prince Charlie, a black Sherrifmuir, and a black waistcoat. All fine and dandy, but sometimes even a black argyll looks a little too formal.

Lol its Kilted Men Anonymous!
"Hello, my name is Declan and I'm a Kilt-aholic..."
I have one Bear Kilt in Ramsey New Blue, 2 Blackwatch (One of which i tempted to sell to get a different tartan), 2 UKs (mocker and survivour), and one my friend made me... yes, I guilted her into making me one for mY birthday...
Oh, and a sporran, two sets of flashes, and my tweed cap (never leave home without it!)

My name is Lester. I bought, in the last 2 weeks, 1 stillwater kilt, my first pair of flashes, and my second pair of hose. Oh, and a clan Lamont fridge magnet. But before that I had will power and it was almost a year since I bought anything. I was jonesing bad.
I think every kiltmaker should have a raffle. Kiltmaker's pick your charity, put a kilt up for the prize, and I'll certainly buy a $10 ticket. You get the tax deduction!
And you may ask yourself, Well how did I get here?
