    Huzzah for the shopkeep!

If you need any help from a young kilt-lovin' edmontonian, pm me and we'll talk about it. I'd love an excuse to move to victoria.

    Good Luck, Steve.

A smart looking building and a corner position too - that's always an advantage.

Congratulations Steve. What a big step for your company. I will stop by and check out the shop next time I find myself in Victoria.

    AW RIGHT STEVE!!!!!!!!!

Man, do I remember those days?!!! There's NOTHING like having crud ALL OVER the house from the kiltmaking. I knew it was time to invest in a store when the kid's macaroni-and-cheese was getting mixed with the thread spools!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Honestly, there's NOTHING better for the business than getting focused at the shop. You'll (eventually) find that it becomes an even BIGGER labor of love! That's YOUR name on the door!

Don't forget the coffee maker and the mini-fridge.

To everyone who has responded here, a heartfelt thank you.

Jimmy, The coffee pot was the first thing on the to-do list. Followed by the cookie jar. (My wife makes the most awsome cookies. A kind of chocolate chip with bits of marachino cherries in it. We call it "the chocolate covered cherry cookie.)
We use a motto here at the house which I will also post prominatly in the shop.

"There's coffee in the pot, cookies in the jar, pull up a chair and join in the conversation."

Again, thanks for the well wishes all.
