Honestly, what is WRONG with all these women? In my opinion, there is nothing more masculine and sexy than a man in a kilt. (Some more than others, of course!) I admit I have a preference for traditional, worsted wool tartan kilts, because I think they look the best and the cultural associations mean a lot to me. But there are plenty of guys who look darn cute in an 'urban' kilt, too!

I can't identify with getting upset because some other woman admires my man in his kilt, either. I enjoy that! I'm glad they think he's hot! He is! Why deny it? Of course, if the guy flirts BACK in anything other than a jokey way, it could be a good reason to be resentful -- so don't do that!

I agree that exposing kilt-resistant wives/girlfriends/partners to venues where they will see a lot of other guys in kilts is helpful.

On behalf of my gender, I apologise for the short-sightedness, uptightness, or whatever it is in these women who give you kilted men a hard time!
