    Pipe Instruction - New York Fingerlakes, Rochester area

    Anyone know of a bagpipe instructor in the Rochester, NY area?? I would like to take it up again, and now that I can make the time, stick with it.

    Looks like that is where the wife and I will be moving to, barring any strange job changes in the next two months.
