You know, at the risk of being labeled a "nerd" one of the Sith did infact wear a black kilt like garmet. It had aprons, was pleated, and looked very kilt like... Only it came down to mid shin. Even had the pleats counter clockwise like a kilt in the illustrations. I forget who, but it may have been Darth Bandon. It was clearly ispired by a kilt, and could be called as such, but it was a touch longer than most here are accustomed to. This guy was wicked... His lightsabre was as long as a man is tall. Could be considered a claymore.
