The Duke of Edinburgh wears a kilt on occasion, though not as much as Charles -- he was the Colonel-in-Chief of the old Queen's Own Highlanders (Seaforths & Camerons), and a friend of mine has thepicture of Phillip in their uniform with a Mackenzie tartan kilt that Colin just posted! :mrgreen:

Charles's grandfather George VI was very fond of the kilt, and Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, was very proud of being Scots as well.

Can't say I've seen The Duke of York in a kilt, but Princess Anne represents the Queen to the Church of Scotland, and I have seen her in kilted skirts before.
