Yes George, the snaps have their place.

I think quite seriously my concern is the times we are living in, in relation to schools. What I mean is...with the political correctness, paranoia about child abuse etc etc. there is more pressure to be careful about one's image and behaviour in schools.

I know I may sound extreme here, but an example is a good mate of mine, a young Christian man who was a teacher in a school who placed his hand on the shoulder of a student in a genuinely caring manner. He lost his job thru false accusations.

    The world is mad.

So back to the kilt, it's a question of appropriateness in appearance, I may be wrong, maybe next time I'll wear a kilt, in fact I have done to that school several times.

I love the challenge of finding more and more places that a kilt can be worn.

TAH-DAAAAH!... Presenting the launch of the all new tartan UTILI-CULOTTE! Available in a variety of fabrics, complete with lots of narrow crisp knife pleats (running in the traditional direction, of course), lots of hidden pockets for all your "guy stuff", and built in concealed snaps to hold the two halves together for that traditional look. Pleating to sett or stripe.

And for those who work on ladders... An optional draw string is available on each leg to draw the hem tight - pantaloon style. Ohhh what comfort... What style! Be at the cutting edge of fashion! Order one today!

    Any takers?

Windows media wouldn't work from the original site either.

    Try going to http://www.utilikilts.com/
    Click on "INTERACTIVE"
    Click on "MOCK-U-MERCIAL"
    Click ">next>" three times

Scroll down to "They Work" and choose the Quicktime Player link to play the video; That worked for me.

"The Breakup" is pretty good too.

Given the general focus of the vids (what's under the kilt), I think the car vid was the only one that might be even close to being suitable for mainstream TV.
