    Kilt sighting in Calgary

I was driving my bus through the downtown core and noticed a kilted tall slim fellow waiting for a different bus.
He was dressed very casually...polo-type shirt and a kilt, no sporran that I noticed, and I couldn't see his socks or shoes. The kilt had quite a brilliant blue main colour...not sure what the tartan was.
This was the first time I've seen a casual kilt being worn here.

I think I know who that is.
He is a customer of mine who has a Nova Scotia Grizzly Cut.

That could be him, Terry. I thought it was a brighter blue than that, but I only had a quick glimpse of him as I drove by.

Excellent to see more of us in Calgary!

Al, you wouldn't happen to ever drive the #3, would you?

I made sure that kilts were in the public eye the past 2 days. My "weekend" fell on Thursday/Friday this week, and since my wife was on holidays as well we spent both days out and about doing errands and stuff. We also spent about 5 hours at the zoo yesterday. I was kilted the entire time. I only got a few comments, none of them negative. Lots of double-looks, though.

Dylan, so far I've only driven the #3 during training. I haven't driven it since. One of these days I probably will, though. They seem to be handing us varied routes. Today I drive the #72 for one loop (3 hours!), then tonight the #1.
