It's strange, and perhaps slightly concerning, that I have not received this general "mail-shot" of coloured leather samples. Could it be because I already have five assorted leather kilts - admittedly from other kiltmakers - but they are all black (the kilts, not their makers!!)? Could it be because I have not yet placed an order with this particular kiltmaker and he, therefore, does not know of my existence? I am not a worrier but I'm begining to think that I should be!
I have noted the E-mail address link in the previous post and will be taking steps without delay.

Ouch! I've been stepped on... forgive me, please, oh kilted guru sir. It will never happen again. (But it does help to have your address) Please don't feel left out, It wasn't like, a mass mail event. You will be in the company of a distinct few who have received the samples. Who knows, you may be sporting a flashy coloured leather "R"kilt soon.
All the best Ham and enjoy your garden.
Cheers

Ham, I warn you... If my budget hadn't been depleted, I would have ordered one of the spot, and I've never considered wearing leather anything(save shoes and belts) in my life!!!

Forgive my impertinent intervention . . . .
I have seen one of the leather Rkilts previously mentioned - worn by the builder himself. Dangeroulsy tempting. I am saving up for one.
Good on ya, Robert, for the 'cold calls'.
Hope to see you in Toronto this weekend, schedule permitting.

Rob, you and I need to take lessons from the famous Australian Ned Kelly... I think we could get our kilt fund sorted out in no time.
Stand and deliver! Or the Devil he may take you!
