Well,
I just called up (and heard pipes in the background, they were testing reeds) and not only is it a b@d-@ss buckle, but 113 is also in stock, and it will ship today or tomorrow.....
Jimmy and Todd, you got that right, on second look, that had to be the one.
I just received word that I had a paper accepted for publication, so this is a gift to myself....

Of course, strictly speaking, these four buckles are all Dress Belt buckles and I would not wear any of them other than with Evening Dress! If I had to choose one of them for that purpose it would be the third one down (sorry, I'll lose this if I go back to check the number!).
I do have a brass buckle in this design, on a brown pigskin belt which I sometimes wear to smart, semi-formal events during the day, but I would not wear that in the evening any more than I would the chrome version during the day!
Day belts usually have large, plain, pronged buckles in either brass or chrome on brown or black belts - see the images in my Photo Album to see what I am getting at!

I'm gonna get a big silver Anarchy A belt buckle to wear with my kilts.
Being silver, that would work for evening affairs, right?

Hammish,
Where did you purchase you belts?

Kilted in Detroit! Now that's tough.... LOL

My main use for this belt, as Hamish has pointed out, was mainly so I could avoid a waist coat and jacket for the time being, while being out in the evening.... or at day functions where I need a little more oomph.....
During the day, I haven't worn a belt at all..... But I wanted something a little dressy to match the classy, black, Freelander sporran that I wear in the evening....
I decided to keep my brown sporran/strap set for day, they best match my hiking boots and everyday brown shoes.....

How about a brass buckle?
You could get a large brass buckle and Brasso it to a near mirror shine for formals or let it tarnish down to a dark yellow/brown for casual wear.
Real silver would have simalar properties as well.

Apart from two Dress Belts/buckles and one Highlander brown belt with a huge pronged buckle in brass which came from Highland Dress outfitters in Scotland, I got them all from a leather trader in London's Covent Garden market. Altogether, I've eight black belts and five brown - all are either 2" or 2¼" and mostly the buckles are interchangeable.
The Covent Garden belts cost, on average, £13.00 (US$23.70)
