    Albuquerque Kilted

Headed over to Albuqueque tomorrow for five days. My late father's War 2 fighter squadron reunion at the Hyatt Regency downtown.

Decided to travel and hang out kilted. Nothing fancy, just UK survivals, workman's, original, and maybe denim.

Any local intelligence on the central New Mexico kilt scene?

    Thanks,

    Ron

No idea Ron, I'm down south. The last time I was in Albuquerque I was moving my youngest brother out of his apartment on Central so I wasn't kilted. Expect reactions to be across the board though, you never know what wil lhappen.

I have been kilted while in Albuquerque. Really no problems that were not out of the ordinary! Just remember that is where Kathy Kilts is.

    Kathy's Kilts

Yup GMan, hope to get a chance to visit her when we both have time...have fabric coming in for her to sew up a Macdonald of Kingsburgh tartan tank for me....that's as close to the old family digs on the Trotternish peninsula of Skye as a tartan can get....Bonnie Prince Charlie and Flora Macdonald country.

Fabrics due from Scotland in a week or two.
