Magnus, I have a PA CCW permit. I'd imagine that the best way with a tratditional kilt would be like Doc said in a fanny pack w/ a hidden holster in place of the sporran. But it would depend on the type of weapon being concealled.(dont know how hard they are to draw from though) . you could keep it in a shoulder harness rig under a big shirt/jacket,they also have those spandex/elastic holsters that fit tight against your waist in a hidden carry, they are kinda hard to draw from . Or in one of those in the small of your back holsters that clip fast to your pants.(not so fun to sit down in). Thats about all I can think of at the moment. Just try a couple of different ways to see what your comfortable with.
