Aye, indeed. The mind boggles with choices. So many beautifull tartans. So many choices. So ... little cash :-? . I browse about the web and keep finding myself saying "Oh, I want a kilt in that, oh and that, and that ..." well you know what I mean. Not to mention the all the various accessories. Might be time to start looking for a part-time job just for Kilting funds.

Welcome!
Ever been to the White Lion Pub in Tulsa? I went there back in August 2002 wi' several other kilted lads after a function we were attending at a nearby hotel, and we a GREAT time! The pub staff loved to see gents in kilts!
You're not too far away from me, I'm up in Springfield, and we occasionally make it to the games in Tulsa. I also go to some Scottish events down in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Cheers,
Todd

WELCOME!
Spent my time at several conferences of various sorts in Tulsa, and find it a very lovely town, and since it is in a neighboring state, kilt lovers are coming my way, yeah!
Glad that you found the joy of kilting and a new wealth of information here at Xmarks.
Again WELCOME!

Welcome to the forum. Be careful, as others have already said, "kilts are addictive". They should have the same Latin phrase on them as is on American coins:
"E Pluribus Unum", "One Out of Many"
"A day spent in the fields and woods, or on the water should not count as a day off our allotted number upon this earth."

Be well,
The owner of the White Lion is a big Liverpool FC fan, so if you stay until closing on the weekend, you'll be treated to a pub sing-along of "You'll never walk alone", which was a lot of fun!
Cheers,
Todd
