    "KILT LYF" Plates in NoVA

    While driving on I-95 (or was it the Beltway?) in the DC area I saw a car with plates that read "KILT LYF". Do they belong to anyone here?

    You could, on rare occasions, see me up that way. I have Va plates on my Blue Dodge Dakota which say, "KILTIN"
