Praise for Edges of Time
I wanted to take a minute to compliment a vendor I recently did business with on ebay. The Company is Edges of Time
http://stores.ebay.com/Edges-Of-Time...toreviewQQtZkm
The only purchase I've made was the plain chrome belt and buckle. The item arrived from the UK in about a week, which was a week faster than anything else I've ordered from the UK! The item was very nice. Unfortunately, the buckle had a deep scratch in it that I could not buff out.
Steve at Edges of Time offered to refund my money. We swapped a few emails to work out details and each one was promptly returned with a very courteous tone. The refund was processed in a very timely manner and Steve even offered extra to cover any ebay fee's that I'd incure. AWESOME service.
I'd feel very comfortable buying from Edges of Time again with this kind of customer service. His seleection of Dirks and Sgian Dubhs look promising ;)

Looked at his website, he has some good buys, especially if you can wear a 36 to 38 inch waist kilt with a 24 inch length. He even has some Campbell of Cawdor, Wallace and Black Watch Tartan kilts on the site. (The price is good!)
That is a good price on Sgian Dubhs, I know I paid quite a bit more than he is asking for mine.

Steve and Me.
Steve and I exchanged a number of e-mails over a skean-dhu that is now 9 weeks over due, he was courteous to a fault and says that he will send another knife to replace the lost one.

Sorry to hear that. Please post a follow up when it is resolved. I'd also be interested to know the quality of the knife when it arrives.

That may take a while.
I would if I could but the skean dhu is headed to my home in the USA, I am stuck in Germany for a while. I will ask my wife for a product review when it gets in.
The facts are fuzzy Steve never would say wheather or not he shipped one to me or to which address (I have 3). I asked him no less than 6 times. But so long as I get the knife, then I'm happy. For all I know he did ship to my nice home in the capital and the box was stolen, that is my problem, the fact that he is shipping a new knife could mean that he is dealing with a lunatic customer or maybe he forgot to ship?
The price and the knife are not the issue, I want to know if it was stolen and I don't know.
