I purchased a cap badge and a kilt pin from them about five weeks ago. After I ordered, it only took about a week and a half to get here. This is the only overseas order I've placed, but from what I understand, that's pretty good.

I mailed a couple of questions which were answered in a timely manner, I got the package without any fuss, and everything arrived in satisfactory condition. I was happy with my purchase.

I've seen a lot of sites that use the same photos/models to promote their products. avancehighland.com and scottishkilts.net may be two sites run by the same folks, or they may be getting their kilts from the same supplier.
