    Not Me Guys

I've been down in Tucson at a business conference (kilted of course).

There is a BIG problem in the Phoenix area with yuppy drunks urinating against the sides of buildings...the drunk ones after partying.

An age old police "trick" I was taught as a kid cop that the local cops still use today, is to arrest a drunk for indecent exposure if he pees in public. In Arizona there's no law against being drunk in public. There is a law against being drunk in a bar. In public, the cops have to arrest for something the drunk does, rather than for just being drunk. Otherwise, they have to haul the drunk to detox.

One more reason to stop drinking.
