He say's the one pictured is an officer's style apron so am I correct to assume that the enlisted would have the center stripe be the yellow stripe instead of the blue?
You'll probably get a better post from Matt or Cajunscot but there two things here. One is that I'm under the impression that the Black Watch was the only one that distinguished tartan by rank. The second is that my feeling is that for that price, and duty, etc., you could probably get one made here. or there, in the US.
