It's GREAT to hear from you and to know that you arrived safely.
Yes, you need to watch our TV Licencing people - they drive around in specially equipped detector vans and can tell which properties have TV sets - even, I believe, if they are switched off. The penalties not not having a Licence are quite heavy. It's all rather Orwellian really, but we Brits have grown up with it - and it, thankfully, keeps the BBC free of Commercials.
