    A school visit

Yesterday I had to visit our local Christian School to see the headmistress about some work to be done.

My daughter was standing nearby with a group of students near the bus.

Later she told me the students had been laughing and saying 'who's the guy in the skirt?"
She repremanded the boys, told them it was a kilt, that the man was her father and she would sort them out if they didn't watch it!!

this from a 16 y/o who says she doesn't like me in a kilt!!

That's the beauty of family. They can pick on each other all they want, but other people better not.

Ahhhh the joys of youth! What better way to get educated than by someone who is your peer. Must make you very proud Graham.

Ain't that the truth! I still smile when I think about my wife setting a lady straight in a giftshop in Gettysburg a few years ago. I wish I had audio of the exchange.

Way to go, Graham. You obviously raised a kid with her head screwed on straight.
