    MOD 22 oz kilts

    Hello There,

CaRbomb mentions that anyone that invests in the machinery has his support. The kilts at What Price Glory are made in Pakistan. The Packies are the ones that invested. Jerry has a pretty good product all things considered. However they are not has heavy as the real issue kilts. Good kilt for the money. Just don't kid yourselves your getting the real thing. The real thing is still available out there.

I have one and if it was any heavier I'd have trouble walking. None of my kilt hangers can hold the thing. Last night it was pretty chilly out so I wore it when I walked over to meet my wife after work. Somehow I can't imagine a MoD issue kilt being heavier, it just wouldn't make sense. btw, the selvage on it is very good. Made in Pakistan doesn't neccesarily mean second rate goods. If Jerry had these things made in the US or UK I doubt many of us could afford them. I will get a pic or two as soon as I get my camera back from my Dad.

As promised, here's a closeup (kinda) of the fabric of the WPG kilt.
