Belmont Kilt Night 9/30
Okay, let's try this again. Last time it was just my brother and I, but it looks like this time we will have a much better turn out.
Time for the 2nd Belmont Kilt Night at the Devil's Canyon Brewery! Friday September 30th.
Doors open at 5:00 but plan on being there by 7:00PM.
Devil's Canyon Brewing Co.
111 Industrial Way #7
Belmont, CA 94002
Last roll call included: Motorman, Alan H and his buddy Phil, possibly Rigged, my brother and myself. I've even invited a couple of guys I compete with in the highland games to come and check it out. Let's get the word out and make this a good showing!
Thanks Motorman for get the word out on Craig's list.

[Bump] I'm looking forward to meeting all of the local (Bay Area) guys and gals from Xmarks.. as well as anyone visiting from out of town, of course!
Please be sure to invite the ladies too!! This is going to be a Kilted Guys and Miniskirted Ladies Night.. just for clarification, that means no miniskirts on the guys! :-P
The location is centrally located between SF and SV. I am told it is easy to find, near Harbor and Industrial, located between the Holly and Ralson exits of Hwy. 101.
Please help get the word out. I'll be adding a new post on CraigsList today and again on Friday. I'm hoping we can get a nice turnout with so much advance notice (if this is the first you are hearing about it, we have been planning and posting on this event for about a month). Thanks to Bil for the idea, BTW.
See you all there!

Lots of singles and couples. No stress meet-and-greet with cool, fun loving, people in a casual, relaxing, atmosphere. 3 live bands this month! An acoustic set by John Lapsly, then Square Circle followed by Smiling Buck Blues Band.
Come to have fun! Bring a friend! No-host bar. Yummy $2 award-winning microbrews and small batch whiskies. Put on your kilt (guys) or miniskirt (ladies) and come join the fun!
Devil's Canyon Brewing Company, 111 Industrial Way #7, Belmont CA 94002
They are only open to the public one night per month. The doors open at 5 pm. Our meet officially starts at 7 pm and ends when we all leave or they kick us out!
We have no affiliation with the brewing company, it is just a convenient location on the Peninsula and a great place to hold a casual mixer.

I don't know about you guys, but my liver hurts.
It was great meeting you guys! I look forward to next time. Maybe we'll drum up a little more interest in the coming months. All-in-all it was still a pretty good showing and a really good time.
