    The narrator simply said something like "Bill showed up in a kilt today". All very matter of fact. I didn't see anyone even glancing at him. All perfetly normal, apparently. Oh yes, this was in Virginia.

    I have seen them on shows such as "In a Fix" & "While you were out" (I think. Won't swear to that one.)
