Went to my local big liquor store... and for the love of god... what the heck? A lot of canadian whiskey, a lot of crap whiskey, a lot of jack daniels and JD knockoffs, and as for scotch whiskey, 3 kinds... 2 $10 bottle junk stuff, and Famous Grouse. Got the Grouse... it's pretty good, but what do I know I've had 3 kinds of whiskey ever, 1 was 'old crow' crap for my wedding, and another tasted good but I dunno what it was. Someone bought a shot for me.

I'll have to find a place to get some better stuff. The grouse was $20, which was either a really good price, or not 'better' whiskey, I was expecting more in the $35-$45 range for the good stuff. Well, good for my wallet anyway.

I'd love to try that one as described with an alsmot peachy flavor.
