    Bubba,

Very nice looking kilt! Might have to consider one for the winter months.

Sherry, after a minute or two it's not even noticable. I really only notice the weight when I hold it. Wearing it it's distributed very well.

Thanks for the great pics Bubba,

Now I'm really hooked...dang...and Cameron's a family line for me.

Can't be heavier than my leather kilts.

I built special "hangers" to hold that weight. Just went to the hardware store and got a 2x2, some screw in hooks, sorta cup holder size, and a big hook for a hanger hook on top.

Laid the kilt out, cut the 2x2 to size. Marked the locations of the belt loops on each side - or whatever you get to hang it from - then matched the cup hooks to the belt loop positions. When all done, hung the kilt and found the balance point for the big hanger hook.

Looks like you many not have many - or any - belt loops so that may not work.

Nope, no belt loops but it does have two loops at the waistband specifically for hanging the kilt. They're tucked inside while it's worn.
