I am going to visit Scotland next summer. I will make little 1ft x 1ft fence to put up there and take something from Finland (probably stones or something similar + miniature finnish flag to my spot.) I will also take some dirt from there with me It would be cool to have more members there in the same time... Everyone wearing kilts... Sun setting at the Atlantic... somebody playing pipes...

LOL, I actually picked up a bottle the day before this thread started. I was driving home from a day on the water and passed a little store with a big sign that said "All single malt scotch 10% off"
The regular price they had on the 10yr was $41. I walked out of the store with a bottle for 38 bucks. I'll have to keep an eye on that place ;)

I took my bottle around to the practice seeion of our Pipe band, it's always better drinking with friends.
The whisky was appreciated by all, many of whom are very familar with Laphroaig.
I'm very impressed with their marketing, I am now the laird of one square foot of Scotland!!

There is yet one more laird of Scotland!
I just became the proud owner of plot #277348! I'm not wearing a kilt today, but I am wearing one of my glen plaid suits. I'll be celebrating this evening with a wee dram from my new bottle!
