Younger, maybe, but a 32" kilt waist would be emaciation for me! Not sure I had that small a waist when I was born! If I remember correctly, that would be a size 28" or so tr$)*er waist. Maybe switchblade could wear it? Not picking on you switchblade, you just fit the bill of younger, well a lot younger than me, and look smaller in the waist.
