Robert, very sorry to hear that! Given the sate of kilt wearing today, it could not have been costing the gentleman much, and will lose him some business.
The kilt concealed a blaster strapped to his thigh. Lazarus Long
I love that place, Robert you should've let me know you were in town I would've loved to get together for a drink. Saturday my wife and I are at Frugals to make a presentation to a rugby club as they want to make the kilt part of thier uniforms when they're off the the field. Maybe next time you're around Robert.
I was at Frugal's saturday to do a presentation to a rugby team, they have choosen to go with kilts as an off the field uniform and asked me to present my product and so on . As I walked in the door I was looking very daper with my grey Arran sweater my 8yrd Campbell kilt that I made for my wedding and sporran and all that jazz I was out to impress.I was greeted by very friendly lady working behind the bar she came over and instanly asked what would I like to drink I mentioned how Canuck had come and asked about their policy of a free pint for anyone in a kilt and was told it no longer exists she says to me that policy is still standing she would know her husband is the owner. She also mentioned that they have alot of new staff and they probably didn't know including thier new manager.
I hope this changes your view on Frugals Canuck .
