Just found a close-up of the Sauron figure:

Alas...no sporran seems to be present...I only suggested it because these things are usually amazingly well detailed....

Here's where I read that.

Sauron’s Armor – from the prologue. Even more frightening in person! He wears a sort of chain mail sporran that you don’t manage to see in the film.

On the action figure, it looks like that thing in the front could be a sporran type of thing. Anyway, it's there on the costume, as the sewing expo link shows.
