Hmm... maybe THAT'S why she's bought me two kilts and has a third one on the way for Christmas... I think there's a madness to her method!
That's nothing - I have a 100 lb. Rottweiler/German Shepherd/Pit Bull/Beagle mix that like to duck his head and walk between people's legs. You should the looks people have when I'm talking to them and the bottom of my kilt starts lifting ... by itself ... and a nose emerges ... followed by a dog's head (and body if he doesn't stop).

And depending on where he decides to stop, occassionally it looks like I have a wagging tail sticking out the back of my kilt!

Great story. Guinness (our dog) is a big ball-chasing dog, but when he brings it back he likes to chomp on it next to your leg for a while before dropping it. Sometimes he chooses to do it BETWEEN your legs instead of on the side of your leg (luckily he's only about knee-high or my son wouldn't be around). But when kilted, you get this nice dirty/grass-covered/snowy slobber running down the inside of your leg.

Labs aren't clean dogs, let's just say that.

We have a Westie, so no nosing up the kilt from him.
