    first kilt made

    Howdy all
The other day I told you I got my new kilt.. Still need to upload the pics on pc and such. Thought ya'll would like to see the first kilt I made. It is a nice tartan that i found at a fabric store.. It is 8yrds 15oz .. I do not think it is any clan tartan. These photos were taken after having it on 14hr.
Tell me what you think ..

That looks pretty good! I like the tartan as well, even if it isn't an official clan one.

Will you guys PULEEZE stop making kilmaking seem so easy!! Dang, I can't hardly thread a needle let alone make a kilt...

You needle slingers are much braver men than I.

I really like it . The tartan looks interesting I like that also.

Did you use a pattern, or Barb's book. A nice job, is it hand stitched or was it done on a machine.

All in all looks good. I can hardly wate to attempt one of my own.
