Sorry for my poor english and greetings from a kilted Spaniard in Valencia!...mmm just one thing,... anybody knows some "official" tartan for absolutely non celtic spaniards?

Your English is perfectly fine...as to a Valencian tartan...oy! I'm sure that one of the members who's a true tartan scholar will undoubtedly come up with one, though...these guys never cease to amaze me.

Welcome! Your english is fine. I did not even know you were posting from another country until you mentioned it. And as AA says, somebody here will probably point out many options for you to wear, but one idea is to check the municipal/governmnt web sites for Spain and Valencia to see if either has already adopted a tartan. Many countries and regions have done so.
