United States Navy, Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class. Served from 1966-1970 during the Vietnam War. Spent most of my time at the 2nd Marine Airwing, Cherry Point, North Carolina. Note: Medics with the US Marine Corps are Navy Hospital Corpsman. They wear Marine Corps uniforms with Navy stripes. If you have seen the statue of the Marines raising the US flag at Iwo Jima, one of those guys is actually a Navy Hospital Corpsman.

Served USMC 71-76. Primary duty station Kaneohe HI.
Flew CH-53's in Viet-Nam 73-75.
Flew 3rd to the last helo out.

Transfered to US Army.
Flew everything from OH-58 aeroscouts to AH-1 Cobra's and AH-64's.
Was In Iraq for Gulf War ver. 1.0.
Fired the 3rd round of that little fracas.

Retired in '91.
