Thanks for those Calvin and Hobbes remains my favorite comic strip of all time. Foxtrot is my favorite currently running strip, but I seriously doubt anything could overshadow Calvin and Hobbes. (And for Foxtrot fans, have you noticed how many times Amend gives homage to Watterson? In the papers the characters read and background clutter, you can see Calvin and Hobbes quite often.)
Great way to start the morning...Calvin & Hobbes. They were one of my favorites along with Bloom County. I have a bunch of their books and they still make me laugh no matter how many times I read them. :grin:
I remember when Calvin & Hobbes first came out. My mother joked that she was going to sue Oliphant for a portion of the royalties because he had obviously been spying on me as a child and then used my childhood lunacy as the basis for the comics!
