I love the look of the braided sporran straps Robert makes.
When it comes to leather, Robert is the man. The hardware is of very good quality and heavy enough to last. I've seen them, but I don't own one. I'm hoping to grab one this summer at one of the festivals.

I wear a tool belt from Home Depot with my Workmans U.k and web belts with my Stillwater standerds. I only wear a belt with these to clip my cell phone and leatherman on. The rest of the time I don't wear one.

well i need a belt  . i looked at the tool belts but they didnae come in my size( which my wife calls "gonzo" ) about a 48 really. at this point i have 2 belts a traditional kilt belt and 1 3/4 wide black belt with a modern style buckle, but im looking for a brown belt that looks 17th or 18th century maybe along with sporran strap to match.. thats just me i guess..

Give Rudi a shout at www.celticempire.com he has some great belts and makes the sporrans and straps that Bear sells. I have dealt with Rudi numerous times in the past and I have never been disappointed. It may also be possible for custom work if that is what you are looking for. His prices on his belts are pretty good, but he also gets into some pretty pricy items as well.

WOW, I love leather working because my late grandfather practiced that art form (he was really good too). And I'm drooling after visiting that site. I want almost everything. Wow.
