My father was a great fan of Robert Service, he knew several of the poems by heart. In junior high I did a dramatic reading of "The Shooting of Dan McGrew". We had two performances, one for the students during the day and another one in the evening for parents and others. I still have my fathers volume of Service's poetry. After this I need to dig it out and read some. Thanks for bringing back some good old memories.
