Interesting fellow, bit of a nutter though. He's keen on English, but I have news for him, the language of heaven is gaelic, and the music played by angels is celtic. I know this is true because a leprechaun told me that when I was 2 years old. :-D

Apparently he's based in Philadelphia, plays every Tuesday night at the 23rd Street Cafe. http://www.23cafe.com/rufus_harley.htm
I hope he's better than the clips I heard on Amazon; I wasn't impressed with "The Pied Piper of Jazz." Of course the recordings were from the mid 60s, but still...
