Happy Boxing Day! This is however, the first I've heard of it. Oh well,it gives me another reason to be kilted!

Boxing Day...
I just got back from a wee Boxing Day celebration (kilted, of course!) with some of our St. Andrew's Society members -- we went to the local brewpub and then to a downtown coffee haus for after-dinner drinks, and of course, got a few "double-takes" from the locals because of the kilted lads!
Today is also St. Stephen's Day in Ireland -- anyone out hunting the wren?
"Oh, the wren, the wren, he's the king of all birds -- on St. Stephen's Day he got caught in the furze..."
Cheers,
Todd

Aye, 'tis also the day Good King Wenceslaus went out.....on the Feast of Stephen...
I'd always heard Boxing Day was the day you re-boxed all those gifts you got for Christmas that you didn't want and returned them for things you do want.
Happy Boxing Day indeed!
