I understand about the daughter. My son will be 5 and my daughter will be 3 this April. Thank goodness I am one of the bosses and can visit during the day (yes I still get all of my work done).

Nice to see you peek in the door! Congrats on the new addition to the family. The wife & I met up with Phil & Julie a few weeks back. Our oldest daughter got married at the end of July... don't think I'll be a grandaddy for a few years yet though. keep in touch.
