welcome from Chicago
I find that if you keep the upper body warm the rest is'nt to bad. Good socks help too.

Welcome aboard.
I can tell you that I have done some woods running in my canvas kilt and knee high boots and never had any worry with thorns and such..
And as kenNYG says just keep upper body worm the rest follows suit.

Robinhood, I'm just north of you in the Philly area... but the band plays in your neck-of-the-woods (including the MD Renn Faire) all the time!
Welcome to the fray, Ray.
Welcome to the board, Gord.
Arise. Kill. Eat.

Big Welcome Aboard from a neighbor to the South! I'm in Northern Virginia and I'm always happy to hear there's someone else in a kilt.
And besides in a kilt you are really showing the truth of the name "Free State"!
