women's kilts
I highly recommend Rocky and Kelly's kilts for women. I have a long kilted skirt and a mini kilt that they made and I love both of them. My minikilt is pv (light weight material/washable) and my long kilted skirt is wool. They are both really nice.

hey! I'm a big advocate for your kilts, but especially your p/v kilts because they are light and not itchy! I just want you to make me a baby kilt!
