I've also noticed that I am much happier.

It's amazing that something as simple as an article of clothing can bring about personal improvement. But, I truely believe that the kilt has done this for me - indeed, for many of us.

Darrell, not to be too forward here but I have indeed noticed this in your posts. Good on man!

    Hmmmm... This an interesting thread.
One of the reasons I don’t wear the Kilt as often as would like, is the simple fact that I don’t like to attract attention. It has always been my style to blend into the background and observe others. And, as I pointed out in another thread, I DON'T like to be laughed at and I have a mean temper.
I like the Kilt because of the way it feels and would perfer that no one even noticed.
Perhaps the Kilt will have a positive effect on my personality. Then again, I may be too old to change.

Thanks Dee. I've definately loosened up. I'm learning a lot here from all of you, and at the same time having fun! And I owe it all to the kilt, and all you guys.

    Slainte!

I can't remember a single incident in which I've been laughed at while wearing a kilt. It may be my attitude while wearing it (I'm told that I have a superior air about me) or it may be that I tend to very traditional outfits and so its more what someone expects with a kilt and they assume I'm going to an event or something.

But I do get a ton of compliments and far more amorous advances than ever before!
