New member in Norway
Hi! I am in the process of getting my first kilt. I live in northern Norway, just south of the Arctic Circle. British of Irish, English, Norwegian and Swedish heritage (yes, quite the mix ).
Found this excellent forum when researching for purchase, and saw no reason for lurking around.
I'll be getting the Murphy tartan (of course), and enjoy the things that can represent the Celt in me - be it the modern kilt as developed in Scotland, or the lovely stout and whiskey from the Emerald Isle.
Looking forward to learning more.
best regards
patrick murphy

Welcome to the forum. Once you get your kilt, your next step should be to contact your countryman, David Freedlander, and get one of his sporrans to go with it.
